  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout the continental United States.

For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, or other locations, please contact our sales team before placing your order to receive a custom shipping quote.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Delivery: 3–10 business days

  • Remote or rural locations: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier schedules, or other circumstances beyond our control. Clear processing and delivery expectations help customers understand when to expect their orders. 

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Delivery destination

  • Trailer size and weight

  • Carrier availability

Shipping charges will be provided before your order is finalized.

Delivery Requirements

An adult (18 years or older) must be available to receive and inspect the trailer upon delivery.

Please inspect your order before signing the delivery receipt.

Damaged Shipments

If your trailer arrives damaged:

  • Note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

  • Take clear photographs.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information or delivery updates will be provided when available.

Delays

Although we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Severe weather

  • Carrier delays

  • Traffic or road conditions

  • Manufacturer scheduling

  • Other unforeseen circumstances

Incorrect Shipping Information

Fair West Trailers currently accepts Wire Transfer as the approved payment method.

Orders will not be processed or scheduled for shipment until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
