Order Inspection

Please inspect your trailer  upon delivery. If your order arrives with visible shipping damage or if you receive the wrong product, notify us as soon as possible so we can begin the resolution process.

Return Eligibility

Returns may be considered for eligible orders when:

– The incorrect product was delivered.
– The product arrived with verified shipping damage.
– The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
– The return request complies with this policy.

Returned products must remain in substantially the same condition as when delivered unless the return is due to verified shipping damage or a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or refunds may not be approved for:

– Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
– Products that have been altered or modified after delivery.
– Orders with incorrect information provided by the customer that affects delivery.

Refund Process

Once an approved return or refund request has been reviewed, refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

– Credit card payments will be refunded to the original card used for the purchase.
– Bank wire transfer payments will be refunded by bank wire transfer.

Shipping Costs

Fair West Trailers provides FREE shipping throughout the United States. If a return is approved because of our error, a verified shipping issue, or a verified product defect, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution.

Orders are processed the same business day whenever possible after payment has been successfully verified.
