Order Cancellation Policy, At Fair West Trailers, we strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please contact our sales team as soon as possible., Orders may be eligible for cancellation before they have been prepared for shipment or assigned for delivery. Once an order has entered processing or shipping, cancellation options may be limited.

Orders may be cancelled if

  • The order has not been shipped
  • The trailer or Shipping Container has not been assigned for delivery
  • Financing paperwork has not been finalized (if applicable)
  • The order has not been specially customized

Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders generally cannot be cancelled after

  • Shipment has been scheduled
  • Delivery has begun
  • Custom trailer modifications have started
  • Special-order inventory has been reserved specifically for the customer.
